When Marnie Was There AMV – Charlie Puth and Wiz Khalfia – See You Again (Rap version)

When Marnie Was There was seriously one of my most beloved and treasured films from Studio Ghibli and in all of Anime. IT was my most favorite movie of the year 2015, which was also the same year that I kept lamenting the grim possibility of Ghibli ceasing production of new films, but thankfully that ain’t exactly the case yet.

This is pretty much the alternate version of my AMV which is bigger and better with all the most epic and essential scenes of heartbreaking friendship and emotion captivated by the true beauty of Anna and Marnie’s characters being showcased. It took me approximately twice the effort to create this second version of my Marnie AMV and combing through all the clips and scenes to decide which were the best to show within four-minute timeframe was a considerably hard and tough call to make. But I’m glad I finally finished it and I couldn’t feel more satisfied. Though it still sucks that a couple more scenes was unable to fit into the video.

Anna and Marnie are still two of my most favorite Ghibli characters by far.
