Le Nice Film – Short Documentary

A school trip documentary mostly shot on iPhone 6S.

In 2017, while I was still in school, I took a trip to the coast of France with my class. At that time I was known as “Alex Lazarov, the filmmaker” at our school so I just had to make a video of our trip.
Stylistically this is a rough blend of contemporary rap music, passionate iPhone videography and sounds of the French New Wave.
I edited the footage like a trailer for a Jean Luc Godard film from the 1960s and was having a lot of fun with it.
